At GRANDIA HOUSEN, we offer dinner that uses an abundance of Fukui-branded ingredients to overseas visitors to Japan. Especially, the allure of local ingredients including "Echizen crab" is enhanced to its fullest by preparing with outstanding skill. We offer four dinner options. Guests may choose from our finest buffet, multi-course shabu-shabu meal, Kaiseki cuisine at a private room and so on and enjoy dinner that suits their taste. The best part of this is that guests staying for consecutive nights may enjoy different dinner day by day. Restaurant Tokinokura

Highly favored finest buffet supervised by the executive chef who also supervised JAL's first class in-flight meal. Guests may enjoy freshly cooked dishes including Japanese beef steak, Hokuriku seafood, freshly fried tempura. Free-flow drink.
Dining Fukura

Japanese restaurant Yuzen
